This bike would look awesome if between the lugs it had hydrographics that looked like pine/walnut – Copper and wood look fantastic together. 🙂

that is VERY cool. I love different finishes, especially unique ones… If i was going that far, i would have plated wheels, spokes, and the crank/pedals too, though… I’ll bet it wasn’t cheap

Hey dude…this is my bike! Thanks so much for posting it to your site. I know you came across it on Kijiji, but the truth is I never intended to sell it, I was just curious to see if there was a market for it.
It cost me about $500 to copper plate (then clear coat) the frame, fork, stem, handlebars, and seatpost. I would have had the crank and pedals done too, but apparently aluminum can’t be plated, only steel.
One day I’ll get around to sourcing steel rims, a crank, and pedals to complete the look.
